Daily Fit was created because we saw a need to share the ability to workout anytime anyplace with the idea that we can use personal training and technology to achieve greater results in less time. We had the understanding that one style or template of workout does not necessarily lead to optimal results and wanted a way to program towards each individual for maximum efficiency. With the addition of the Proteus, we saw it truly is a game changer and offers anyone the ability for a high intensity workout utilizing 3D resistance. We then realized what better way to share all of this with athletes than to bring it to them?
Tim was a personal fitness trainer with Gold’s Gym for roughly 6 years focusing on strength before moving on to Martial Arts where power became a major focus. After earning Black Belts in 4 arts and guidance from many accomplished instructors, Tim began to dig in to why things were done certain ways and what seemed most functional. He tangibly wanted to see what worked and what didn’t. It was during this time he developed a passion for creative ways to train as well as leveraging technology to achieve and measure those results. Meanwhile, he was working at a company that had a gym onsite and built that in to his routine. After moving on to a new company without that perk, he had inconsistently scheduled meetings and inability to leave campus for a gym during lunch due to the time it took away from the workout to get there. Struggling to find time and structure, he realized bringing the studio to him at a designated time really brought back the ability to consistently workout. Now one of his goals is to share that same ability for consistency with everyone else while allowing those with interest to integrate technology along with personal training.
